Refundable Bookings: The full amount will be requested upon check-in at the hotel. All bookings must be guaranteed using a credit card with an expiry date that is valid for the duration of the stay.
Bookings can be modified or cancelled up to 48 hours before the check-in date at the hotel. If guests do not show up, or the modification or cancellation is not requested at least 48 hours before the check-in date, the cost of the first night’s stay will be charged.
